Inspection Channel Inc. is a Health Canada licensed manufacturer of medical face shields (MDEL#14174). Our face shields are 100% manufactured in Ontario, Canada. Our design complies with Health Canada’s specification requirement for a Class I medical device.

Our face shields are effective and economical means to protect individuals in many environments. It is ideally suited for use in health care environments, commercial environments, industrial establishments, retail stores, educational institutions, meetings, and social gatherings as additional personal protective equipment.
Features
Our visor and headband are made from PET plastic, and the comfort foam band is a polyurethane foam. Our face shield is lightweight yet durable, and can be re-used several times following proper cleaning / disinfecting procedures and inspection. Once the face shield reaches its end of life, it can be conveniently recycled through industrial and municipal recycling streams.
The headband design securely holds the visor in place with no wobble. The adjustable strap allows the user to comfortably wear the face shield for extended periods of time without pressure against the users’ forehead as noted by users’ wearing designs that uses elastic band as the sizing is controlled by the user. The locking feature ensures the headband does not ever inadvertently come apart or flex unnecessarily as other zipper adjustable straps might.

AE-001 Design
Our AE-001 design offers the user a comfortable fit utilizing a comfort foam strip and an adjustable headband that accommodates any head size. The vented design conveniently wicks away moisture from behind the shield that eliminates nuisance fogging of glasses and safety glasses noted in many other designed face shields.
AE-101 Design
For those that require a closed gap at the forehead, we also offer the AE-101 designed face shield that utilizes an antifog coating that eliminate fogging due to moisture buildup from talking, breathing, or perspiration.
AE-201 Design
For those looking for a truly cost-effective solution that still meets all the criteria for a medical face shield, consider our AE-201 design.
